Our sculpt classes are high intensity and low impact. We design these workouts by fusing the best parts of Pilates, dance, and strength training for a challenging workout that will lengthen and tone your beautiful body. Classes include full body and targeted workouts.

Get ready to sweat! These classes are designed to get your heart rate up and the sweat dripping with workouts that give you 1/2 cardio and 1/2 sculpt. We're featuring workouts with HIIT cardio, dance cardio, to circuit cardio rounds, combined with full body and targeted sculpting.

Slay

Cardio has never been so fun! Bring out your inner Beyonce with our library of dance cardio classes. We serving you high impact dance cardio, low impact dance choreo, HIIT, circuit cardio rounds, and even heels classes! No dance experience needed to enjoy our dance based workouts.
